Isabella Bruno is an Award winning Production Designer and Art Director based between Milan and London.
After graduating in Set Design at the Academy of Brera, Milan, she starts her career as set and costume designer for theatre in Italy where her work varies from contemporary- physical theatre to classic plays. She moves to London where she graduates in Performance Design and Practice at Central St Martins and she starts her career in filmmaking.
Since then she has curated the design of numerous narrative films as well as commercials and music videos.
Her work has been broadcasted on TV channels as SKY ART, Channel4, DeaKids as well as been selected for internationally known festivals like Raindance Filmfestival, Underwire Filmfestival and Edinburgh Filmfestival.

She has been awarded for Rab.bit, by Federico de Manachino, as "Best Production Design in a short" at FilmQuest Filmfestival and for Lab Rat by Nour Wazzi as "Best Production Design " at Shortsonpoint. In 2020 she was selected to be part of Berlinale Talents and she was nominated for two awards for her work on the Fashion Film " Le Beau Monde" by Eleonora Cristin.
Her passion for storytelling and world building draws her towards challenging projects and various genres, from scifi to fantasy, from horror to comedy and drama.
